- Engage your vehicle's ignition (or turn on entirely).
- In your vehicle's Bluetooth settings, look for and connect to MOJIO SOS - NO 911 [DO NOT DELETE]. When pairing your device, you may be prompted to confirm a PIN. If so, select Yes.
NOTES:
- If you are using Apple CarPlay® or Android Auto®, your Motion device will not be able to connect to your vehicle's Bluetooth. To connect to MOJIO SOS, you'll need to disconnect these services first.
- The functionality of the Automatic Crash Notification service is impacted if the Motion device is not actively Bluetooth-paired to your vehicle. If a severe crash is detected, your Motion device will still automatically notify local emergency responders of your vehicle's location and description, but the device will not be able to connect a call between emergency responders and your vehicle using Bluetooth. If the device cannot make the call, responders will instead place a call to the account holder’s phone number. Because of this, the phone number on the account should be the primary driver.
