When your Motion device detects your car has been in a severe crash, it will automatically notify our emergency response center of your vehicle's location and description. If your Motion device is connected to your vehicle via Bluetooth, a call will be made to the vehicle to establish whether emergency services are required. If an occupant indicates yes, we will transfer the call to 911 and provide them with the vehicle's location and description.
In the event a call cannot be established with the vehicle, a call will be made to the account holder’s phone number. Because of this, the phone number on the account should be the primary driver.
If no one can be reached, our emergency response center will automatically dispatch emergency services to the vehicle's location and share the vehicle's description.
